London Junior and Senior Ballet is a Sunday programme providing advanced ballet training for 7 - 18 year olds. Classes are taught by eminent teachers in a professional atmosphere, concentrating on the development of dance technique, artistic presentation and musicianship.

 

Admission is by audition only, where aspiring students are assessed for their suitability for intensive training. 

 

Students seeking admission to London Junior and Senior Ballet must have permission from their Ballet School teachers to audition and attend classes. London Junior and Senior Ballet values its relationship with the dance teachers who allow their students to audition and teachers are always welcome to keep in close touch and to watch their students in class by appointment.

 

The programme includes classical ballet, pointe, repertoire, and pilates at the relevant levels.  Students from London Junior and Senior Ballet have gone on to dance with companies such as Royal Ballet Company, English National Ballet, Northern Ballet Theatre, Dresden Ballet and Norwegian National Ballet, and in shows including Les Miserables, Billy Elliot and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
